Love George's writing on this. Great to see a peek behind the curtain on how some of these massive teams deal with the pros and cons of scale. I always thought "Oh they're Facebook, they get to do everything at a high level." But it sounds like it's a struggle when they have to put so much emphasis on metrics that you lose the common sense and soul of designing individual features. So interested in what George and the team at Humane are building.
