I love this, and love to see Cap's writing again. Had this exact feeling starting at the bank. While it was a lot of work and learning to manage designers, it wasn't as culturally frenetic at the bank as it was at Sonic. And I wasn't the main person people had to go to, so there was less pressure. Which was hard for my body and brain to adjust to, but overall way better for my mental health.
