I led a team designing digital banking apps for 4 bank brands, and a suite of fraud-fighting internal tools.
We redesigned the Monifi digital banking app and established the design direction for the rebuilt MidFirst and Vio Bank mobile and web experiences on a new shared platform. This was powered by a multi-brand design system.
I led design of an internal tools platform for operations and fraud teams, turning manual processes and spreadsheets into structured product flows with live presence, commenting, and approvals, bringing more consistency and auditability to their work. We built a design system full of reusable patterns and components that reduced cost and sped up development of new tools as it grew and evolved.
I partnered closely with product, engineering, and digital banking leadership to shape product strategy and execution.
I managed designers of all levels across multiple initiatives while helping grow the team’s craft and capabilities, and contributing hands-on as a product designer on the most complex or foundational parts of the work.
